Blue Fins Swim Team - 2018 Season Info
Hello Forest Park Neighbors,
Can you believe it, it is time to talk summer and swimming? Well believe it or not, the warmth of summer and spending time at the pool with friends is almost here.
If you are new to our neighborhood or now have children of age that you may be interested in joining all the excitement of the Forest Park Blue Fins, below is the information you need to know.
Our season runs from roughly May 21st this year to July 14th. We are a recreational team within the Rocky Mountain Swim League that has a total of 19 teams across the south metro area. The Blue Fins has swimmers of all abilities from ages roughly 5 to 18 years of age as of June 1st. Feel free to email the team parent rep (Bob Ordonio, rordonio40@gmail.com) if you have questions on entry ability of a young swimmer.
The Blue Fins have won our division's Sportsmanship Award 3 out of the last 4 years which we our very proud of. Our mission is to develop, encourage and promote each swimmer in a fun, exciting and safe atmosphere. We promote team spirit and friendship for swimmers and parents.

Registration: Will start on April 2nd (Returning swimmers and Forest Park Residents) - space is limited.
Fees are as follows:
Forest Park Resident: $150.00 each additional swimmer $140

Practice: Tentative start week of May 21st

June 2 - Forest Park hosts Hampden Heights
June 9 - Forest Park at Willow Creek 2
June 16- Forest Park hosts The Preserve
June 23 - Forest Park at CCV along with Homestead Farm II (Tri Meet)
June 30 - Forest Park hosts Bow Mar South
Week of July 9th - Prelims all age groups
July 14th League Finals and Team Banquet
